Swindon Bands Directory was formed in 2015 & is a booking & management agency specializing in finding the best fresh voices & sounds out there. We have taken the local music scene by storm, and you only need to look at some of our feedback to see how we deliver each & every time.

We book events, venues, festivals & club nights across the South West of England while working closely with musicians & venues - building up a reputation that is fast becoming the 'go to' place for venues & musician

Musicians: Our directory will promote musicians in a number of ways & make it really easy for venues to find & book musicians.

There is an annual charge of £7.50, which is the only cost to any band/musician, and there are no additional fees, charges, percentage to be paid out. (annual fee runs April to March in line with the financial year)
We will source venues/events for gigs for musicians, and this includes the various venues that we currently work with.
So far we've booked over 1,000 musicians into various venues, festivals, and events.
We provide a booking management service for numerous venues across the South West, thus offering musicians the opportunities for gigs at these venues.
We help promote all musicians & increase their exposure using our various media platforms

Venues: We will find you the musicians you want very quickly & easily by using our vast database of over 100 top quality acts.

We take no fees or percentages from venues.
We'll look to find the most suitable musicians for your venue or specific requirements.
We offer a full diary management service, making supplying top quality musicians stress-free for the venues.
We can offer venues a full promotional package to complement the musicians.

Looking to hold a Beer/cider & seasonal festival? The look no further as we can take all the hassle off your hands, manage the day for you, book in all the musicians, working within your budget requirements, and also supply a fully qualified sound engineer if required.

Bookings for those special occasions including weddings, birthdays etc.

Advertising of all gigs booked through SBD via our various media platforms, for which we reach 8-10,000 people each & every week.

Musicians &/or Venues wanting more exposure can pay us a small fee for our premium promotion service.

We also offer a media service for anyone looking to enhance their presence on all media platforms

Some of the ways Swindon Bands Directory works...

Some venues want a list of available musicians for a specific date to then choose their own to then book directly.
Some venues want a list of available musicians for a specific date to then choose their own and then get us to book them in.
Some venues just give us the diary and budget and then leave it down to us to fill the relevant dates.
Some venues just ask for our directory to then fill their own dates directly.
Some venues ask us to share their details with the musicians on the directory and then the musicians contact the venue directly to source gigs.
Lots of private bookings use the website to decide what band/musician they want for their event and then either contact them directly or via SBD.
Other private bookings will contact us with the details, including if they are after a specific genre and then ask us to book something in or again send them a list of available musicians that fill their specific requirements.
